Join us for a FULL DAY OPEN HOUSE!
All classes are FREE or by optional donation. In response to recent events, Breathing Room is donating 100% of the proceeds to IRIS (Integrated Refugee & Immigrant Services). Our yoga practice is more than an hour of asana at the studio, it's how we live the principles within our communities. And now more than ever, we need to continue to take care of each other. We are hopeful the culmination of our donations will help benefit the crucial work IRIS provides to New Haven families and beyond.
After class, stick around for local food vendors, tea and class card discounts! Signing up ahead of time is not required but is recommended.
