Description

The New Haven Chorale is thrilled to welcome back gospel singing sensation Rev. Jeremiah Paul, along with his talented family and friends, for an inspirational concert experience in honor of Black History Month.  We’re also excited to welcome back the dynamic gospel group, New Praize. The program will feature powerful spirituals by William Dawson, Moses Hogan, and Stacey Gibbs, as well as uplifting gospel selections by Richard Smallwood, Rollo Dilworth, André Thomas, Maverick City Music, and the William Chester Mass Choir. Our audience will be invited to join us in singing several selections—so bring your family and friends for an unforgettable and inspirational experience!

This concert will be  preceded  by a  FREE LECTURE  on the importance and influence of African-American music on our culture.
