Taking Care: Empowerment for Women Navigating Healthcare

Facilitator Maya Bartel, a Family Nurse Practitioner practicing in Guilford, will educate participants on how to feel visible in the health care system, understand medical records, and establish a more productive partnership with their providers. This workshop is open to women who are 18 years or older.
