Next, meet Alyssa Cooley, your talented Yoga instructor, who will lead you in a 45 minute class - Alyssa is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher devoted to creating a safe, inclusive, & empowering space for every body & experience level. Through breathwork & mindful movement, she invites students to connect deeply with themselves & listen to their intuition. Her classes center around cultivating self-love, moving with intention, & discovering inner calm amidst life’s chaos.

Post-yoga, move into meditation & manifestation , led by the amazing Alexis Amato - A Retreat Leader, Manifestation Coach, & Self-Love Guru of 5+ businesses she has built from the ground up; Alexis is passionate about helping individuals like YOU change your mindset & foster your self-confidence to achieve a higher level of success than you ever thought possible.
