Why You Should Come:
✨TO LEAVE EMPOWERED!
Self-defense skills can make all the difference whether you're learning to set boundaries to prevent a potentially dangerous situation, or to escape an attack and get help. This newfound confidence extends beyond the realm of self-defense, positively influencing other aspects of your life in the workplace or in social settings.
✨FOR A CONFIDENCE BOOST!
As you learn and master new techniques to enhance your skills, a profound sense of accomplishment and pride in your abilities will naturally follow! Knowing that you have the skills to protect yourself can give you a greater sense of security and peace of mind when you're out in public.
✨TO GET BACK IN YOUR BODY!
Our seminar isn't just about learning powerful defense techniques, it's a journey of reconnecting with yourself. Flexing your muscles and mental focus can serve as a form of "moving meditation," helping to clear your mind, reduce stress, and connect to your body in a new way!
✨TO FINALLY ESTABLISH BOUNDARIES!
The greatest power we possess is the ability to set boundaries - both verbally & physically. In this seminar, you will learn boundary setting, assessing intentions, and deterring unwanted advances before they happen. Additionally, we will run through scenarios to demonstrate techniques used by predators to catch you off guard.
✨AND...TO LEAVE WITH NEW FRIENDS!
THIS women’s self-defense seminar is an opportunity to meet other women and to be welcomed into a supportive community!

Some feedback from our badass participants:
-"All the moves were valuable - we have more power and control in a situation than I thought possible. We covered more than anticipated. You guys rock! Enjoyed every moment and picked up a lot! Thank you!!" -Daryl
-"Wonderful! Very informative, interactive, and exciting. Its much easier to defend yourself than I had previously thought." -Erin
-"I tried to envision real life scenarios that pertained to me when we were taught different techniques. Someone coming up behind me while I’m pumping gas or putting my toddler in his car seat are very real worries of mine so having techniques in my arsenal will hopefully allow me more confidence should a situation ever present itself. The class was very laid back, zero pressure, go at your own pace and I appreciated that. Everyone was so nice. I never felt awkward." -Stacey
-"I love that she used other techniques that weren’t just physical and how thorough Rachel was. It was a great opportunity to learn." -Jen
-"The confidence it gave me knowing I could fight back regardless of size and strength makes it less terrifying to be alone publicly." -Sireena
