Women's Self Defense

A program designed to empower women with the skills and confidence to protect themselves to protect themselves in various situations. The class will cover basic techniques for defending against common physical threats. It will also teach awareness and prevention strategies, such as recognizing potential threats, setting boundaries, and avoiding dangerous situations.

Detective Brianna Sargent has worked with the North Haven Police Department since 2022 and is a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
