Description

A Day of Celebrating the close ties between the Garden Club of New Haven and the City. As the Garden Club turns 100, the day begins with a Flower Show at the New Haven Public Library, educational activities on the Green...children's workshops, artists painting, seed giveaway and more...exhibits at Beinecke Library, tours of Grove St Cemetery, a film about the Green at New Haven Museum, a visit to Phelps Triangle and ending with a tree dedication, closing remarks and refreshments at Audubon Park of the Arts.
