This class will prepare you with the skills you need to create a stunning and sweet & savory charcuterie board.

On this board, guests will be using everyone’s favorite spring flavors to create the perfect appetizer or meal board to celebrate the season and the skills to create it again.

Kayty, Owner and Hospitality Educator at Gather, has taught hundreds of workshops to thousands of participants from around the world. She is known to have a teaching style that invites and engages all audiences, from an expert hostess to a cooking newbie.

​

Through this workshop Kayty will walk you through the techniques like salami roses, color balancing and cheese cutting techniques behind all of the stunning boards you see on social media.

​

This workshop will be hosted in historic downtown Essexx. We encourage you to stay after the class to browse their stunning collection.
