Local mystery author and executive producer Tom Straw will visit ReRead Books for conversation and a book signing on Saturday, September 28th at 2pm. Mr Straw is best-known for his books written under the pen name Richard Castle. All New York Times bestsellers, the books tie-in to the popular ABC crime series Castle, Mr. Straw has also served as a produce/executive producerr on TV series such as Night Court, Grace Under Fire, and Nurse Jackie.

Tom Straw will be discussing his latest novel, The Accidental Joe: The Top Secret life of a Celebrity Chef. Described as a "Hitchockian spy story", the novel details the espionage of celebrity chef Sebastian Pike, whose food and culture travel show serves as a cover for the CIA.
