Guided Tour of “The View from Here 2025” at Yale Schwarzman Center
The Yale Center for British Art and Yale Schwarzman Center are excited to offer student-led “Meet the Artist” tours of The View from Here 2025.
Meet current and former students of the program, learn how photography has helped shape their creative journeys, and look closely at works in the exhibition. These tours are free and open to the public, but registration is recommended. All tours meet inside the Rotunda at the corner of College and Grove Streets.
This exhibition highlights the work of thirteen student-photographers from Greater New Haven who participated in “The View from Here” in fall 2024 and winter 2025. Now in its fourth year, this program brings together young people to learn about the history, materials, and practice of photography through direct engagement with museum collections, educators, museum staff, and photography professionals.
This year’s program participants are Bria Biney, Natalie Clorio, Ameiya Gatling-Cooper, Marasi Elsheikh, Camila Ibarra, Hera Jermyn, Brendan Lopez, Danyele McCrory, William Perez, Yoselin Perez, Betsy Roblero, TJ Samuel , and Trinity Stephens.
