Join us for an exclusive, curated multi-course dinner prepared by our culinary team under the direction of Executive Chef Christophe Santos with wine pairings from Round Pond Estate Winery (Rutherford, CA/Napa Valley). Sommeliers Erin Parker and Tanya Raisz will share why each wine is perfectly paired with Chef Santos' menu.
We’re welcoming special guests from the Mystic Aquarium to share their work in sustaining and protecting sea life.

About Erin Parker
Erin began pursuing a career in wine in the fall of 2011 in a sales role with Perfecta Wine Co. where she spent 8 years selling a boutique wine portfolio in New Hampshire, learning the industry and achieving WSET Level 3 Advanced and Level 2 Certified Sommelier through the Court of Masters.
Momentum led her to immersive trips to California, Oregon, Washington, France, and Bulgaria that further ignited her passion for the wine and spirits industry. Her repertoire grew to working with innovative, craft gin distillers, and a wine-based portfolio with Pine State New Hampshire, where she managed a sales team, selling ultra premium wines…like Round Pond Estate!
Erin now proudly represents the Napa and Rutherford based Round Pond portfolio in 14 states as Northeast Regional Sales Manager.
Outside of wine, Erin enjoys knitting, reading, travel, and genuine human connection. Weekends are spent relaxing and adventuring with her husband of 10 years, and their 80lb couch potato Greyhound. Nothing beats good food, wine, and love.
PRICING:
$200.00 inclusive per person, includes all food and beverage, gratuity and sales tax.
SEATING: Upon checkout, please indicate your seating preferences and let us know if you are attending with a group, but purchasing tickets separately. We will do our best to accommodate all seating preferences. Seating is banquet-style accommodating 6 – 10 guests per table.
