Description
Come welcome summer and relax with this sound healing event facilitated by certified health coach and yoga instructor Toni McGovern. Toni creates a calm and beautiful atmosphere using crystal bowls and a variety of instruments to help you let go of stress and aid in your body's natural healing ability.
Bring a blanket, warm socks, and a pillow if you'd like. There are reclining chairs and floor space to chose from. Please contact Libby at 2034151101 to reserve a chair.
