Cooking Club: Ethiopian Cuisine

Join us at the library one Friday month to share food of the chosen culture or cooking challenge of the month!

This month we challenge participants to cook from the rich culinary tradition of Ethiopia. Think outside the box and find recipes beyond what you are familiar with, and challenge your palate!

Please be aware of allergies and provide us with the recipe used for the sake of minimizing allergy risks.

No crockpots or plug in warming devices allowed.
