"Americaring" - Staged Reading a New Play by Kate Gill

The play might be especially relevant given the injustice that sets the play in motion is the lack of health insurance. In “Americaring”, four kids lose their mothers to breast cancer and try to keep their lives going despite the failures of their fathers. One father pursues alcohol and the other money while their children must find a way to survive. Two of the kids from two very different circumstances fall in love for the first time but a painful secret also links them.
