Featuring keynote speaker and author of My Self Care Sh*t, Kathy Love who will present insights and skills designed to allow you to create your personal self-care practice.
Break out sessions will engage our guest participants in variety of complimentary therapies such as sound healing, Somatic movement therapies (Tai Chi and Qigong), therapeutic yoga; muscle-skeletal body balancing with Reiki; energy balancing; and hypnosis for stress and sleep regulation.
